Thank you for considering a trip to Bryant’s Cocktail Lounge, Milwaukee’s Classic Cocktail Lounge.

We are very proud of our unique, perfectly preserved environment and our fantastic classic and mid-century cocktails. We want everyone to have a good time when they visit, but it is important to keep in mind that we are not a bar, we are a cocktail lounge and a certain amount of 'cocktail lounge etiquette' is expected.  


In the time of COVID 19 we have added several cleaning and sanitizing procedures in order to keep our staff and customers healthy, plus some new service procedures that will assure everyone's safety.  Your cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated.

  1. As of June 2020 we are seating a limited number of guests and, therefore, we strongly recommend reservations.  As we phase in re-opening, it is important to keep people safe and to make sure we comply with Milwaukee Health Code related to social distancing practices.

  2. Some reservations will include a non-refundable deposit that is used as a credit toward your purchase of our delicious specialty cocktails and merchandise.  Please understand that this is the only way our business can survive on a limited capacity and maintain the required social distancing.  

  3. Some special event reservations may include a non refundable door charge.  

  4. If you have the Corona Virus or are feeling unwell, please do not come to Bryant's.  We will work something out for you to come back at a later date. Guests who are excessively coughing or show visible signs of illness will be asked to return at a different date.  

  5. Masks are requested when away from your table. Our staff will be wearing masks, and we ask that you wear a mask  when you are away from your table. You may remove your mask while enjoying your cocktail. 

  6. Tables are assigned- please do not move tables.  We are playing a giant game of Tetris in order to make sure the proper distance is maintained between guests. Please assist us by not moving tables or seats.  

  7. Each table reservation is 90 minutes. We based this on the average visit to Bryant's and we have set aside enough time to thoroughly sanitize each table and seating area before the next guest is sat. Please respect this time limit and understand that it is necessary to maintain our business through this time.  

  8. Only one person is allowed in the restroom at a time. It's tight in there! 

  9. Party size is limited to 8, and it's very unlikely we can find space for a group larger than 4 without a reservation. 

  10. Please relax and have fun. These last months have been hard on everyone and these rules are a lot, but once you are at your table, you can remove your mask, enjoy your drink, and have a nice time with your loved ones.  

  11. Please be kind. Our staff is here to serve you, but coming to work during a pandemic is difficult and they deserve a little extra patience and special thanks for their efforts.
